The “original” village in Cove Cay,
Village I consists of 5 buildings built in 1972.
Buildings 2614 and 2615 are four stories each, with 9
units per floor. The views vary but are generally of the
green golf course and/or Village I’s lovely pool area.
Building 2617 is seven stories tall, with a total of 77
units. This is the only building with ‘deluxe’ end units
of 1250 square feet. |

Buildings 2616 and 2618 are ten stories
each, and each building has ‘penthouse’ units which are
larger and have incredible views. Buildings 2616, 2617
and 2618 all look over the golf course and Tampa Bay.
All buildings have one studio unit per floor in addition
to one bedroom (1 1/2 baths) units and condos of two
bedrooms and two baths.

Village I has a lovely recreation
facility with a clubhouse, fitness room, card room,
saunas, heated pool and heated spa. There’s also
shuffleboard. The recreation area is surrounded by
lovely plant and flowers and a view of the golf course
and a pond.
The maintenance fees vary but all include water, sewer,
trash, cable, insurance on the structure, care of the
grounds, 24-hour security and use of the recreation
area. |

Onsite
management is an advantage to all residents, making
contact with staff easily accessible.
The 300 + residents in Village I enjoy
their location, lovely grounds, and roomy condos.
