Village 2 has the advantage of being a
small village with only 2 buildings. Each has 10 stories
with studio, one bedroom (1 1/2 baths) two bedrooms and
penthouses. Building 2620 is located directly on a
lovely pond, and it overlooks the Cove Cay golf course
and Tampa Bay. Building 2621 features the larger (1250
square feet) 2 bedroom 2 bath corner condos with views

pool table, fitness center, sauna and heated pool and
spa. It is a friendly atmosphere for morning aerobics in

vary but all include water, sewer, trash, cable,
insurance on the structure, care of the grounds, 24-hour
security and use of the recreation area. Onsite
management is an advantage to all residents, making
contact with staff easily accessible.
