This is the newest of the villages in
Cove Cay. The three buildings (800, 900, and 1000) were
built in 1989 and 1990. All three buildings are seven
stores in height. Interior units are all two bedroom/two
bath condos and all corners units were constructed as
three bedroom/two bath units. Building 800 overlooks the
tee and fairway of the #9 hole of Cove Cay Country Club.
Higher floor units are able to see Tampa Bay off in the
distance.

The 900 building is located directly
over an inlet from Tampa Bay. Manatees, dolphins, birds
and fish are regularly viewed from this building. The
1000 building is located near the pool, so condo owners
are able to watch the enjoyment going on in the
recreation area. |

The
recreation area is fully fenced for privacy and
includes a heated pool and spa. There is also a lovely
recreation building for group gatherings. Management
maintains an office in the recreation building for
easy contact regarding any association-related issue. Maintenance
fees are the same for each unit in Village 3, but all
include water, sewer, trash, escrow reserve
funding, insurance
on the structure, care of the grounds, 24-hour
security, and the pool/recreation area for the
Village.
Cove Cay Village 3 is located at the
western end of the complex with easy access to and
from U.S. 19.
