Cove Cay Village 4 is the largest of the
associations in Cove Cay, with 6 buildings of seven
stores each. The construction took place over a period
of years ranging from 1980 through 1986. Only Building
2700 offers any one bedroom units, so there are seven
one bedroom / one-and-a-half bath units.

All other interior units are two
bedrooms/two baths with approximately 1070 square feet.
Each two bedroom unit features a roomy kitchen with full
breakfast area and a lanai across the living room and
master bedroom. |

The Village 4 recreation area includes a
lovely clubhouse located directly over a pond. The pool
is heated, as is the spa, and there are always lovely
plants and flowers to enhance the tropical feel. Groups
may use the clubhouse for card games, etc, and
occasional “porch parties” are offered for residents to
get to know one another. |

Maintenance fees in Village 4 are the
same for all units and include reserve funding, water,
sewer, trash, cable, care of the buildings and grounds,
24-hour security, and insurance on the structures. There
is full-time management on-site to help with residents’
needs and community issues. The residents in Village 4
will tell you that life is grand.
