NEW TELEPHONE BOOKS NOW ARE AVAILABLE IN VILLAGE I |
|
Verizon, the telephone company had dropped off new telephone books in front of each elevator. They are white page, yellow page and companion yellow page(small). For those who are snowbird residents, if you know someone, you may ask them to deliver those phone books into your unit, otherwise you may pick them up when you return in Cove Cay as long as they will be available. |

CAR WASHING |
|
Thare has been car washing activity in Cove Cay. The rules prohibits any resident or tenant to wash their car on the property. There are numbers of car wash facilities in Hwy US 19 or East Bay area for your convenient. |

|
FAX AND COPY MACHINES |
|
There have been numbers of people using fax and copy machine in our management office. These have been taking time of our management employees to serve those unit owners and also cost to the Association in terms of paper, catridges as well as wear and tear of the equipments. We lease our copy machine from a company and cost us certain dollar per copy. The catridge for fax machine is also expensive. The unit owners have been coming to the management office and asking for receive/send faxes, make copies for FREE.
In order to reduce the Association expenses, we need to stop helping unit owners in this matter. Should you need to make copies or receive/send faxes, we suggest you to go to either Office Depot at Tri Plaza Shopping Center (At corner of US 19 and East Bay) or go to KINKO'S store at corner of US 19 N and Sunset Point.

RULES AND REGULATIONS |
|
Each Village in Cove Cay has Rules and Regulations. When you bought your condo, you should get a copy of it along with the Association Document. If you do not have them, you may get the copies from our management office. As unit owner, you are responsible to inform your guest and tenant regarding the rules and regulations. The Board as well as management want to maintain our community in good standing and high level of quality, therefore we ask you to participate in following these rules and regulations.

LOST AND FOUND |
|
The management office now has a lost and found box. If you find any valuable items in common area, please turn it into management office. For those who had lost their valuable items in common area, please check the management office, you might find your treasure. After certain months if these lost and found items are not being claimed by the owners, the Association will donate them. For security reason, any personal information,such as credit card, bank card, driver's license, etc. will not be donated, but will be shredded. |
